Cruise to Tallinn Estonia

Should I Visit Tallinn Estonia?

Should I Visit Tallinn Estonia?

You know if you have seen any of my blogs – the answer is Absolutely!

Everywhere should be explored at least one time! This port I hope to return to again.  I will say this was one of my favorite ports while exploring the Baltic.

Tallinn Capital of Estonia

Tallinn, Estonia’s enchanting capital. It is like landing in your very own fairytale.

Not only are you transported in time in the heart of this city. You are immersed within the walls of this mediaeval town. The architecture will make you stare in wonder.

For all my renaissance fare friends – you will be wowed by the authentic buildings that stand before you.

This UNESCO World Heritage Site is a true gem, with cobblestone streets, well-preserved medieval buildings, and captivating Gothic architecture.

As you stroll through the ancient alleys, you’ll encounter enchanting merchant houses, medieval towers, and picturesque squares that transport you back to the days of knights and merchants.

*If you own a renaissance costume – I would wear it here*

Tallinn’s Lighthouses: Lighting up the Baltic Coast

Suuripi Front Lighthouse

Suuripi Front Lighthouse is a an old wooden lighthouse that was built in 1885. This lighthouse is now surrounded by private property.  This lighthouse no longer requires a light house attendant. The lights have been replaced with LED lights that run off electric equipment. They are synchronized with other light houses down the coast.
